Service Description

ImgWizz provides free online image processing tools including compression, format conversion, resizing, and PDF conversion. All processing is done on our server and files are deleted immediately after processing.

Permitted Use

• You may use ImgWizz for personal and commercial purposes.
• You must have the right to upload any files you process through our tools.
• You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or to process illegal content.
• You may not attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the service.

Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your uploaded files and processed results.
• ImgWizz claims no ownership over any files you upload or download.
• The ImgWizz brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

ImgWizz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or files (always keep your original files)
• Quality of processed output
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from the use of our service

File Size Limits

Upload file size is limited to 100MB per file. We reserve the right to adjust this limit at any time.

Availability

We strive to keep ImgWizz available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
